Are you feeling overwhelmed with everything going on right now? Do you wish you could relax and enjoy your life, your health, and your relationships? Would you love to shift from feeling stressed to feeling blessed?
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to create, within 28 days weeks, your own instant re-set ritual and install basic tools so that you can bounce back and thrive, no matter what.
In our 4 weeks together, we will learn to recognize “stress” and develop physical tools to shift from *Distressed & Distracted* to *Relaxed & Tuned-In*.We will come to appreciate how our thoughts affect our physiology, our actions, and our results, and how to shift our thoughts to work for our benefit. Stress contracts our bodies and restricts our breath, thus creating even more stress.

By the fourth week, you will have what you need to create your own personal "Instant Re-Set Practice."
Each week builds on the practice of the previous week
Week one – PAUSING. We look at what stress is, and the effect it has on our health and relationships. We assess where we are, and where we would rather be. THEN WE START! The simple movements, a calming breath, and a short journal practice will take us to
Week two – SLOWING. Ah – feeling better already! We begin with the quick reset you can use anytime and anywhere! With this, we open ourselves to the next set of movement and breath to calm and regenerate our nervous system and mind. This is the week we learn a bit about the physiology of stress, so we can be intelligent in our choices.
Week three – FLOWING. Using the breath and movement that calms and regenerates, we now move to new patterns for deep relaxation. With relaxed and open minds, we take in some of the amazing research and teaching that demonstrates the miraculous power of the mind.
Week four – GLOWING. In this session we use everything we have learned as a flowing ritual that will turn on your inner glow. We will review where we started, where we are – and where we go from here. We will share our Re-Set plans. We will CELEBRATE our inroads to mastering stress!
Monday 7 pm Zoom - live - lesson and Q&A
Wednesday- Zoom - cheerleading,
Sunday- celebrations, lessons learned, set intentions.
Daily: Practice 15 mins a day, use tracker and earn points!
