Clear Mind, Happy Body

You probably recognize stress is some way that is special to you.  

Perhaps you feel 

  • anxious, 
  • or overwhelmed, 
  • or depressed. 

These are all signs that your nervous system is overloaded.  An overloaded nervous system is trying to protect you from the outside world.  It directs your energy to "threats" rather than to taking care of routine functions in your body. Unfortunately, if this protection goes on too long, your body will start breaking down. It is this sequence that creates the headline, "STRESS KILLS."
