DeStress Bootcamp - mind & body re-set

Are you feeling overwhelmed with everything going on right now?

Do you wish you could relax and enjoy your life, your health and your relationships? 

Would you love to shift from feeling stressed to feeling blessed? 

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to create, within 28 days, your own instant re-set ritual and install basic tools so that you can bounce back and thrive, no matter what. 

  • Learn to recognize “stress,” and how to shift from *Distressed & Distracted* to *Relaxed & Tuned-In*.
  • Discover how our thoughts affect our physiology, our actions, and our results, and how to shift our thoughts to work for our benefit.

Stress contracts our bodies and restricts our breath, thus creating even more stress. 

To change this, we will

  • Practice simple movement routines to open our bodies to breathe more easily.
  • Practice relaxing breathing patterns.
  • Practice re-patterning our thoughts to shift our physiology and reactions.

By the fourth week, you will have created your own physical and mental  "Instant Re-Set Practice" that you can use anywhere, any time to re-establish balance and healthy focus.


Your guide, Linda MacDonald, will be devoting her focus to your success!

  • 15 minutes of daily practice, supported with live sessions video replays
  • Track your progress on-line and in your own journal.
  • Before and After survey to document results

De-Stress Bootcamp gives you a foundation to appreciate, choose and really benefit from other regular practices, such as weekly massage, Yoga class, Meditation training,  Personal training and/or life coaching. The daily practice you create in De-Stress Bootcamp is unique to you, your time, your space, your schedule.


Your De-Stress Bootcamp guide, Linda MacDonald is a licensed massage therapist and certified life coach, with a background of dance, kung fu, nutrition, management consulting, and single parenting.


The ability to de-escalate stress and its effects on the body and mind is priceless.
